Find Manganari Kalamos beach back to the intersection of the road after the monastery of Ayios Ioannis and turn left. The road starts at down again and the landscape is still wild and full of rocks. To the south of Kalamos is a bay of beautiful sandy. This is the Bay of Popes. Further south, the road separates Manganari with the two main branches.
From up there in the way you can enjoy the great length and width of the beach. There are some houses scattered at the ends with rooms for rent.
