I do not have access to a pool for the next two weeks due to a room. I need a set of exercises to dryland in two weeks to keep myself in shape. Note: I do not have a gym, then obviously I can not lift weights. field doing push-ups, crunches, planks, mountain climbers, ski jumping, but I want to change, especially something that can strengthen arms. Also, if you could you please describe some of the sets?
